The focal purpose of the DOVE is conscious transformation or transformation of the brain, the center of possibilities. In the DOVE’s personality or low self, there is a sense of independent spirit. These aspects require a lot of letting go of everything outworn that no longer serves the purpose. It also requires personal transformation in order to evolve from an ego-based personality in to one’s great work of the Sun/soul.

The feminine energy is expressing while being overshadowed by masculine energy. It has a tendency to be very forceful and therefore naturally conflicts with the masculine energy in the chart causing it to come across stronger then necessary, rather then manifesting its true nature of deep affection.

The expression of love both within and without the Grid is to evolve a gentler nature while staying in its individual expression of truth. This Process is extremely powerful in this birth chart.

The personality has a lot of challenges to be able to establish truth, acceptance and change which is necessary to DOVE evolution. A certain amount of crisis comes from the collective past lives of Grid Emissaries. The Emissaries are moving towards a common goal, however, each one brings personal issues, requiring healing. Each personal evolution will create the DOVE evolution—as each individual operates within their own timing. Once a certain level is reached by the individuals, then stabilization may occur within the Grid and, therefore, the DOVE collective. The process is chaos (retrogrades), the outcome is order.

The Grid as a whole, as well as each member, will reflect the aspects of self-sustaining, goal-oriented, balanced manifestation, bringing unification to the organization. The DOVE is meant, without fail, in all ways, shape or form to move into a state of grace. A true community without personal agenda, where the individual is no more important then the community, but the community is no more important than any one individual.

DOVE’s home base is in the brain and its integration of Aquarian Concepts of Being in the earthplane.

The Grid is the child of the DOVE, that which it has created. The DOVE was created with a transformational, vision-oriented destiny. The Grid is taking that destiny, personalizing it and living it in the world through the lives of the Universal Peacemakers, in a gentle, mindful way. The vision must be understood in each Emissary’s heart, so that the patterns of Peace,Oneness and Joy in Service can naturally manifest in their daily lives.

The Grid has an excellent chance of survival within an exceptional, fine-tuned group that will be very effective in the world. The DOVE has the plan which the Grid will carry out. Let’s just say the DOVE was the firstborn, the Triune Trinity, the forerunner of the second born, and the Grid second born. The Grid itself is the form but it is also the force to be reckoned with and the TT, as forerunner, is the microcosm of the Grid--the form of the Grid made visible for corrections and alterations of the energy and its manifestations. When the members of the TT get together, they do so as a subset of the Grid, which deals directly with the energy.

The work of the TT of the Grid is to hold the core vision, of non personal agenda, so that personalities do not become more important than the group collective. The DOVE is not limiting any one individual or the Grid’s expression, but testing it through this TT concept. The TT moves into the next sub-grid of the 13th position before new Emissaries move in, testing the waters, testing the energy. This is the softer use of force, the way of the feminine.

This concept of testing is unique to the DOVE as it is a consciously evolving organization. The TT continually digs deeper into their personal lives, their interactions with each other, and the interactions with the Grid and are willing to work through any issues regardless of the difficulties, both to any one individual or the group, acting as a “filter.” The TT vows to work with open hearts and veils, balancing their minds and emotions, for the continued evolution of the Grid in the Spirit of Peace, Oneness and Joy in Service.

It is a Herculean Feat to get this organization launched, the true Challenge of the DOVE! Saturn’s position with the north node and its trine to Neptune represents “Teaching through Spirit”, the core of this organization. Difficulties will be seen in relationships and structure. Frustrations and restrictions abound in the initial phase. The strong purpose and potential for success will override these internal struggles. Manifestation of the DOVE’s purposes will then be flowing and natural.

The Grid will begin as a child of the DOVE, evolving into a true, equal partner. It is a partnership that manifests itself in the world, holding onto its spiritual commitments. The DOVE is primarily made up of women (and men with a strong feminine side), focused as spiritual warriors, to bring about balance in the world of the Divine Feminine with the Divine Masculine.
There is an abundance of masculine energy/electricity/force in this chart similar to the world of the second millennium. The feminine energy/magnetism/form is diluted by this overabundance of force, causing an imbalance in the energies. Striving toward balance, the feminine energy desires and is willing to fight to participate as an equal. The masculine energy, dominant and forceful, fights for its status quo.

The 7th ray frequencies manifesting in the Age of Aquarius, are illustrated within the DOVE’s 3rd house of the brain, setting the possibility for the DOVE to work with the pattern of imbalance currently manifested in the duality of the male and female, thereby serving as a precursor for the acceptance of 7th ray energies on earth -- this was the purpose and intent for the DOVE’s birth. This truly is “Teaching through Spirit.”

The DOVE’s “mindset” is to bring about a change in how community is viewed and acted upon in the pattern of mankind. Through the DOVE’s commitment and strength, a depth of wisdom, unparalleled growth, a crystal-clear vision shared by many and a continual renewal of purpose will be its reward. This constant cleansing continually commits the group to the One.

It is a collective growing and unearthing of ideas, beliefs and difficult challenging issues that will assist the DOVE to find and walk upon the path of joy in service. Challenges will arise through crystallized patterns, resulting in resistance. The flowering of the Divine Feminine wisdom is actively blocked by the resistance of old thoughtforms by those presently in power. The DOVE will succeed by serving underground in its early stages, building strength to allow its new patterns to sprout forth and grow.

The Vision of the DOVE is clear and pure, "Teaching through Spirit". It is in the manifestation of Joy in Service that the resistance will be applied.
